Nicole by OPI I'm a BELIEBER

break today from the OPI Holland collection, my SD card decided to stop working so i'm going to have to redo everything i've done! grrrr. hopefully i'll be able to make it work or use another one... today i'm just using a backup post i keep in case of emergency :)

we're looking at Nicole by OPI I'm A BELIEBER. it's a warm purple cream, not a super special color. i think there are a lot a of dupes for this color, however, i don't own one. IAB has an okay formula, patchy on the first two coats, evened out with coat three. the best part of this polish is that it doesn't need a topcoat... it dried Seche Vite shiny without ANY topcoat at all!
