Sally Hansen complete Salon Manicure Lavender Cloud

the weather is nice at my apartment today, but so windy at the ocean! i'm really glad i walked into the wind at first so it was at my back when i turned around... i can't imagine walking into when i was already tired. yoga tonight!

today is the first review of the Sally Hansen complete Salon Manicure line (why they chose not to capitalize the 'c' in complete, i'll never know), starting off with Lavender Cloud. i LOVE this color! it's the lightest lavender greY of all time... if you hate the 'white out' look, definitely skip this polish. i enjoy wearing pure white on my nails, so this is a gem to me. it has a slight, slight cool tint to it, softening the effect. while it's not a polish for everyone, it's absolutely delicious to me! great formula, two buttery streak free coats for complete opacity. plus, it dries super shiny on its own!... but of course i had to use a topcoat... i just don't feel complete without it :)

one coat Seche Base, two coats Lavender Cloud, one coat Seche Vite.

this line seems to be excellent, i tried another color that was equally perfect in formula... i bumped it and ripped a giant chunk of polish off of a nail; then i was ticked and didn't feel like re-applying! major bonus :: they use another thick brush similar to OPI! check out drugstores, most of them have a lot of this line marked down! happy hunting, Ria :)
