the first Spider-Man polish up for review is Call Me Gwen-Ever, a saturated coral creme. my first thought was... wow, that sure looks dirty on. it's not a pure coral, it has a strong red undertone with a slightly muddy quality about it. it makes for a very interesting color! the formula can't be faulted, two easy coats for full opacity.
one coat Seche Base, two coats CMG-E, one coat Seche Vite.
i have zero idea how this made it into a Spider-Man collection... and why the collection is missing a good red! i'd like to know what they were thinking when they decided on the colors... what do you guys think? is this color a good fit? should they have added a bright red?
one other thing, i've decided to change the spelling for cream polishes over to creme... that is the spelling most polish bloggers and brands use. i will try and remember to spell is that way from here on... i don't know why i haven't before now! Ria :)
