today's polish is Sally Hansen complete Salon Manicure Honey Whip from their Spring 2012 Designer collection. it's a medium tan creme with strong yellow undertones... i have to say, it's definitely not the type of color i gravitate to! however, the formula is great, you only need to coats for full opacity... any slight streakiness from the first coat is easily covered by the second. i wish i had a jar of GreY Poupon to compare this polish to, because i'm pretty sure Honey Whip matches it exactly!
one coat Orly Nailtrition, two coats Honey Whip, one coat Seche Vite.
i really love the look of this, i'm glad i picked up... the clearance bin is the place i grab colors i wouldn't try at full price! happy hunting! Ria :)
I'm the exact same way. I won't really pay full price unless I absolutely LOVE the color and at that I can't bring myself to it most times. Unless its sinful colors or another bargain price polish. I picked this up for around 3 dollars.
ReplyDeletei can't believe how much all the drugstore polishes are going for... some Sally Hansens are about as much as OPI... that's just crazy!
