Absolute Make-Up Cleansing Tissues Green Tea Extract

i found out today that our neighbors are having a barbecue on Friday! i'm excited, i love going to things like that :) it will be nice to actually meet our neighbors, more than just waving over the fence!

as you can see, i'm branching the bloggie out a bit into the rest of the beauty world! we're kicking that off with a review of Absolute Make-Up Cleansing Tissues in Green Tea Extract. these wipes are made by the parent company Nicka K :) i was really excited to try these out, because makeup wipes are a huge part of my beauty routine... they get all the makeup off before i move on to my cleanser!

this is what the initial packaging looks like...

once you pull off the black cardboard bottom, the packaging is the usual plastic wrapping most wipes come in. i put the wipe next to the packaging so that you can see that it is a great size!

the wipes are nice and strong, they easily remove all my makeup without tearing. the only issue i have had is that they don't remove my waterproof mascara, which the packaging says it should. it could be that it only works on some brands... i also really pack on my mascara, so that might have something to do with it. in all fairness, i haven't found any brand whose wipes remove my waterproof mascara! these wipes smell really good, it's a light citrusy scent. that is a definite benefit of this product, i usually don't care for the smell of wipes... some brands i refuse to use at all because of the smell! best part... my face feels nice and clean after using this product, and it doesn't dry out my skin :)

like all products of this type, i recommend storing it upside down, so that the label is face down. that way, the wettest wipes will always be the ones you're pulling out!

you can find Absolute wipes (including different formulas, like Aloe!) here on the Nicka Shop website. the 33 count wipe retails for only $3.99!

also check out the Nicka K website for more information on their products!

let me know if you have any questions or advice... hope you enjoyed my first non-nail related post! Ria :)

:: these wipes were given to me for review, these are my honest opinions! ::
