Deborah Lippmann Today Was A Fairytale

today i'm working on testing out some fun new things that will be coming to the blog soon! i love trying new products... it's so exciting to find awesome stuff that i had either never heard of or never had the opportunity to try. it's also a beautiful day (finally!) here in Maryland :D

Deborah Lippmann Today Was A Fairytale is what we're having a look at today! it's a silver glitter with medium hex pieces and loads of microglitter, all suspended in a clear base. it applies so easily with very little placing needed... Deborah Lippmann really knows how to do a glitter! i feel that this one would be difficult to get opaque on its own, but it's perfect as a topper. i used it over a light blue and it made the blue look a bit darker, but in a really good way. definitely a pretty combo! i recommend adding topcoat to seal in all those little glitter bits :)

one coat Today Was A Fairytale over two coats Nails Inc. Chelsea Physic Gardens, finished off with one coat FingerPaints Gel-Like Top Coat. (the FingerPaints topcoat is a press sample).

i'm hoping this beautiful weather sticks around for awhile... but the weather is calling for thunderstorms. those can be beautiful, too, though! Ria :)

:: the FingerPaints product is a press sample provided to me for review. these are my honest opinions. ::
