China Glaze Cheers!... Ugly Sweater Party

today was really beautiful outside... bummed i'm missing out on this weather to ride! hopefully some time off will get that injury well on the way to recovery. i did run a few errands with Mama Pawlish at the mall... and i decided it had just been too long and it was time to get my whole face threaded again. i don't know how i'd let myself grow such a beard... it's just lovely to have a nice smooth face and sharp brows! having tried threading, waxing, and plucking... threading is the way to go. let me know if you'd like a post on the differences between the three :)

Ugly Sweater Party is today's China Glaze Cheers! polish! (it's a press sample, kindly provided to me for review). it's made up of hex glitters with larger blue pieces, and smaller silver and holo pieces. the silver glitters look red and pink because everything is set into a sheer red base. i love the look of these with three coats, you can see all the layers of glitters... it's pretty fabulous! it also can be used as a topper for other polishes, love ones with multi-uses like that. definitely seal this mani in with topcoat... and it will bring out all those shinies!

three coats Ugly Sweater Party, one coat Salon Perfect Crystal Clear Top Coat. the first picture is more how it looks all the time and you can see a bit of the holo... the second picture really shows all the dimension you get with three coats! not sure why the holo doesn't show up at all in that one... polish is so tricksie sometimes.

you can find China Glaze products in salons and beauty stores... my favorite place to buy China Glaze is Sally Beauty Supply! check out China Glaze on their website,www.ChinaGlaze.com!

it really doesn't feel like Wednesday today... probably because my schedule is just whacked out now with not riding. but we're halfway to the weekend! Ria :)
